摘要
随着全球经济恢复和科技水平的快速发展,对工业行业和化工产品的需求不断增大,同时对化工检验仪器仪表的需求和使用量也迅速增加,化工检验仪器仪表在工业生产中的作用也越发重要,化工检验仪器仪表的可靠性和抗干扰性设计一直是严重影响检测的关键因素,其好坏直接影响着后期的使用、生产产品的质量和检测的效率等。因此,如何提高和优化化工检验仪器仪表的可靠性分析及抗干扰设计能力成为当前仪表仪器设计的重要研究方向,从而加强检测结果的准确性,具有非常重要的研究和现实意义。本文从仪表仪器现阶段常用的故障检测手段入手,辨识出影响仪表仪器可靠性和抗干扰性影响因素进行风险分析,有针对性的提出提高仪表仪器可靠性和抗干扰性的建议措施,从而更好地提高仪表仪器的使用和应用效果。
With the rapid development of global economic recovery and the level of science and technology,to promote the growing demand for industry and chemical products,as well as the instrument of demand and usage have also increased rapidly,the importance role of instrumentation in industrial production are more important, the reliability of the instrument and anti-interference design has been seriously affecting the detection.Its quality directly affects the later use,so as to better strengthen the accuracy of detection results, which has very important research and practical significance. In this paper, of starts with the commonly used fault detection means instruments at the present stage,identify the factors that affect the reliability and anti-interference of instrument for risk analysis,and put forward targeted measures to improve the reliability and anti-interference of instrument,so as to better improve the use and application effect of instrument.
