摘要
采用电化学氧化协同吹脱法对苯基胍废水进行处理,考查其对NH_(3)-N的氧化脱除效果。实验结果表明,废水初始氨氮浓度、pH值、反应电流、吹脱气液比、反应/吹脱时间均对废水的NH_(3)-N去除率产生影响。苯基胍废水去除氨氮的最佳处理条件为:氨氮初始浓度3 500 mg/L、初始pH值为10,反应电流3 A,吹脱气液体积比3 000∶1,反应时间40 min。氨氮去除率最高达91%。
The NH_(3)-N removal of phenylguanidine wastewater was investigated by electrochemical oxidation assisted stripping.The results showed that the removal rate of NH_(3)-N were affected by the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen,pH value,reaction current,gas-liquid ratio of blow-off and reaction/blow-off time.The optimal conditions for removing ammonia nitrogen from phenylguanidine wastewater are as follows:initial concentration of NH_(3)-N was 3 500 mg/L,initial pH value was 10,reaction current was 3 A,degassing/liquid ratio was 3 000∶1,reaction time was 40 min.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was up to91%.
