摘要
目的研究以案例为导向的客观结构化临床考试模式在临床药学实践教学中的应用。方法采用标准化病人与案例教学法相结合的教学模式,通过客观结构化考试对学生实践能力进行考核,建立适合临床药学实践教学的系统评估体系。结果学生通过以案例为导向的客观结构化临床考试模式提高了主观能动性,增强了临床实践操作能力。结论以案例为导向的客观结构化临床考试模式,有利于提高临床药学实习生将理论知识转化为参与患者药学治疗实践的能力,培养适合新医改形式下能独立开展工作的临床药师。
AIM To study the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model in clincal pharmacy practice teaching.METHODS A systematic evaluation system suitable for clinical pharmacy practice teaching was established by combining standardized patient and case teaching method and evaluating students’practical ability through objective structured examination.RESULTS Through the CBL combined with OSCE,students improved their subjective initiative and enhanced their clinical practice ability.CONCLUSION This teaching model is beneficial to improve the ability of clinical pharmacy interns to transform their theoretical knowledge into pharmaceutical treatment practice,and cultivate clinical pharmacists who can work independently under the new form of medical reform.
