摘要
为了有效避免机体及气缸套的穴蚀现象,本文利用CFD方法对某型船用柴油机机体的内部缸套冷却水流动特性进行模拟仿真。通过建立机体缸套冷却水腔内部流道模型,对柴油机机体气缸套冷却水腔进行仿真计算,研究水腔结构对冷却水三维流场的影响,探索冷却水腔结构设计的合理性。计算结果表明,水腔夹层流道宽畅,不存在狭窄区、涡流区及“死水区”,冷却水腔内各处压力分布合理,无明显湍流区,可有效避免机体及气缸套的穴蚀现象。
In order to effectively avoid cavitation erosion of the body and cylinder liner,this paper simulates the flow characteristics of the cooling water of a marine diesel engine by CFD method.The internal flow channel model of cooling water chamber of cylinder liner is established,to simulated the cooling water chamber of cylinder liner,study the influence of cavity structure on the 3-d flow field of cooling water,and explore the rationality of water cavity structure.The calculation results show that,water chamber interlayer flow channel is spacious,there is no narrow area,vortex area,and“dead water area”,the pressure distribution in the cooling water chamber is reasonable,no obvious turbulence area,thus effectively avoid cavitation erosion of the body and cylinder liner.
