本文论述了船用缸内高压直喷天然气发动机燃料供给系统的总体布置方案,以及系统中主要零部件的工作原理。根据缸内高压直喷天然气发动机工作原理,提出了天然气从储罐到发动机缸内全系统供气系统的布置要求,保证了发动机正常工作所需要的天然气压力范围,并且结合天然气燃料动力船舶规范的安全性要求,提出了关键管路和零部件的双壁管设计要点,保证工作效率的同时确保安全性。

This article discusses the general layout of fuel supply system of marine high pressure direct injection natural gas engine and the working principle of the main parts in the system.According to the working principle of the marine high pressure direct injection natural gas engine,the layout requirements of the whole gas supply system from the storage tank to the engine cylinder are elaborated,which ensures the natural gas pressure range required for the normal operation of the engine.Combined with the safety requirements of the rules for natural gas fuelled ships,the key points of the double wall pipe design of key pipelines and parts are put forward,so as to ensure the efficiency and safety at the same time.
