摘要
随着新能源汽车动力电池的能量密度和功率密度越来越高,动力电池模组作为动力电池的模块,电池模组的重量约占整个电池系统的85%,提高电池模组的成组效率尤为重量,电池模组的设计开发是电池pack集成设计的一个重中之重。阐述了动力电池模组的设计开发过程,包括功能分析,结构形式,生产工艺,质量检验和试验验证。
As the energy density and power density of new energy vehicle power batteries are getting higher and higher,the power battery module is used as the module of the power battery,and the weight of the battery module accounts for about 85%of the entire battery system,which improves the grouping efficiency of the battery module.Especially the weight,the design and development of the battery module is a top priority of the integrated design of the battery pack.The design and development process of power battery module is expounded,including function analysis,structural form,production process,quality inspection and experimental verification.
