摘要
为研究船舶压载水系统背压对过滤器反冲洗过程的影响,提出了采用反冲洗出水口压力为1m、3m、5m来模拟背压工况,利用多孔介质模型对过滤器在一定的滤网拦截量与处理水量下进行反冲洗过程的数值模拟计算,同时与清水过流试验获得的流量-压差性能曲线进行了对比。结果表明:流量-压差性能曲线走势基本一致,过滤器压差随流量增大而增大,最大相差为10.14%。反洗过程中,反冲洗压力会随着背压的增大而减小,过滤器的压差值随着背压的增大而变大;过滤器排污口流速随背压的增大而减小,出水口流速随着随背压的增大而增大。
In order to study the influence of the back pressure on filter back-flushing process,it is proposed to use the back-flushing outlet pressure of 1m,3m,and 5m to simulate the back pressure condition.The porous media model is used to simulate the internal flow field of filter under certain filter intercepting capacity and treated water volume.At the same time,it is compared with the flow-pressure drop performance curve obtained from clear water flow test.The results show that the trend of flow-pressure drop performance curves are the same basically,the filter pressure drop value increases with the increase of flow rate,and the maximum difference is 10.14%;during the back-flushing process,the back-flushing pressure will decrease with the increase of the back pressure,the filter pressure drop will increase;the flow rate of the sewage outlet of the filter will decrease with the increase of the back pressure,the outlet flow rate will increase.
