摘要
为了改善混动汽车发动机节能控制效果,选取型号为X186的嵌入式单片机作为控制器的核心控制芯片,开发一套节能控制器。该控制器引入PID控制算法,对发动机作业期间产生的多余机械能进行转换处理,得到电能,以此减少发动机能耗。本控制器作业期间产生的发动机总扭矩、转速数值明显减小,节能效果较好,可以作为发动机节能控制工具。
In order to improve the energy-saving control effect of hybrid vehicle engine,the embedded single chip microcomputer x186 is selected as the core control chip of the controller,and a set of energy-saving controller is developed.The controller introduces PID control algorithm to convert the excess mechanical energy generated during engine operation to obtain electric energy,so as to reduce engine energy consumption.The total torque and speed of the engine generated by the controller during operation are significantly reduced,and the energy-saving effect is good.It can be used as an engine energy-saving control tool.
