发动机曲轴粗糙度的测量误差因素研究

摘要 曲轴作为发动机结构中的重要输出件,其表面粗糙程度对发动机的运行效率、质量、性能有着直接影响。对曲轴发动机粗糙度进行测量,可以用于评价发动机的性能,然而在测量过程中由于测量工具、测量方法无法满足要求,使得测量结果误差较大,无法准确反馈发动机曲轴的实际状态。本文对发动机曲轴测量误差因素进行分析,探讨误差影响因素,并提出误差控制方法,为进一步减少曲轴粗糙度测量误差、提高测量质量提供借鉴。 The role of the crankshaft in the engine structure is power input.The surface roughness of crankshaft parts has a direct impact on the operating efficiency,quality and performance of the engine.Roughness measurement is one of the main indicators to measure the quality of the engine crankshaft,but there are often errors in the measurement process,making the measurement results inaccurate and unable to accurately feedback the actual state of the engine crankshaft.This paper analyzes the measurement error factors of the engine crankshaft,discusses the influencing factors of the error,and proposes an error control method,which provides a reference for further reducing the crankshaft roughness measurement error and improving the measurement quality.
