SUMO化修饰在肥胖症及其并发症发病机制中的研究进展

Research progress in the pathogenesis of obesity and its complications regulated by SUMOylation

随着人们生活水平提高,肥胖成为日益严峻的健康问题,其全球发病率逐年上升。SUMO化修饰作为重要的翻译后修饰方式,是动态调控蛋白质稳定性、亚细胞定位、信号转导及基因转录调控的关键,对进一步阐明生物复杂性有重要意义。SUMO化修饰可从多个途径对肥胖症及其并发症的发生发展起重要调控作用。本文对SUMO化修饰在肥胖症及其并发症发病机制中的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗肥胖及其并发症提供依据。

With the improvement of people’s living standard,obesity has become an increasingly serious health problem,and its global incidence rate has increased year by year.As one of the important post-translational modifications,SUMOylation is the key to dynamically regulate protein stability,subcellular localization,signal transduction and gene transcription regulation.It is of great significance to further clarify the biological complexity.Sumoylation may play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of obesity and its complications.This paper reviews the research progress of SUMOylation in the pathogenesis of obesity and its complications,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of obesity.
