针对国际分工持续深化、细化,全球产业链供应链已经形成“你中有我、我中有你”的相互依存、共生发展的格局,提出了促进全球产业链供应链深度融合的五个新观点:一是开放共享、包容共生是全球产业链供应链融合发展前提;二是加快共建基础设施,推进全球互联互通是产业链供应链融合发展的基础;三是加快推进数字化、网络化建设是全球产业链供应链融合发展的根本途径;四是强化绿色低碳、可持续发展是产业链供应链融合发展的根本方向;五是加快构建数字化主导的全球治理机制是全球产业链供应链深度融合的根本保障。

Inresponse to the international continuous deepening and refinement of the division of labor,the supply chain of the global industrial chain has formed a pattern of interdependence and symbiotic development of inter-connectedwitheachother.This paper puts forward five new viewpoints to accelerate the deep integration of the global and supply chains:first,openness,sharing,inclusiveness and co-existence are the prerequisites for deep integration and development of the global industrial and supply chains;Second,accelerating to deepen effective and public infrastructure to set up a basic platform for implementing the connectivity of industrial and supply chains;Third,promoting construction with digital and networked is a fundamental requirement for deep integration of global industrial and supply chains;Fourth,strengthening green and low-carbondevelopment and sustainable development is the fundamental direction;Fifth,strengtheningglobal governance vision led by digital is the fundamental guarantee for deep integration of global industrial and supply chains.
