国家骨干冷链物流基地建设和发展——以规模经济视角分析

Construction and Development of National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Base:Analysis from the Perspective of Scale Economy

受新冠肺炎疫情、食品安全等多重因素的影响,社会各界逐渐认识到冷链物流在保障基础民生等方面的重要作用,国家骨干冷链物流基地应时应势而生。文章提出国家骨干冷链物流基地的真正内涵是实现我国大规模精准供需匹配的重要节点设施,肩负着利用冷链物流打通产业链上下游形成优势产业集群、重构我国生鲜农产品产业、提升我国产业竞争力的职责,是我国规模经济的产物。

Affected by multiple factors such as the new crown epidemic and food safety,all the society sectors have gradually realized the importance role of cold chain logistics in ensuring basic people’s livelihood.Moreover,the national backbone cold chain logistics base was born in response to the situation.The article proposes that the real connotation of the national backbone cold chain logistics base is an important node facility to achieve large-scale accurate supply and demand matching in China.It shoulders the responsibility of using cold chain logistics to open up the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to form advantageous industrial clusters,reconstruct China’s fresh agricultural product industry,and enhance China’s industrial competitiveness.It is the product of China’s scale economy.
