摘要
城市轨道交通列车运行时难免产生振动和冲击,这会对列车的车载信号设备造成损伤,甚至失效。因此,必须考虑车载信号设备的隔振方案。隔振方案设计时,需考虑车载信号设备的结构形态、机械特性、安装方式和位置等。通过隔振方案在城市轨道交通列车车载信号设备上的应用,对其预期的和实际的效果进行对比分析可知,隔振方案能有效隔离或吸收车辆运行过程中产生的振动和冲击,确保信号设备在使用寿命内的可靠运行。
Vibration and shock of urban rail transit trains during operation are inevitable,which cause damage or even failure to train on-board signaling equipment.Thus,it is necessary to consider the application of vibration isolation scheme of on-board signaling equipment.When designing the vibration isolation scheme,it is necessary to consider the structural form,mechanical features,installation method and location of on-board signaling equipment.Through application of vibration isolation scheme on urban rail transit train on-board signaling equipment,the expected and actual effects are comparatively analyzed,it shows that the vibration isolation scheme can effectively isolate or absorb the vibration and shock generated during vehicle operation and ensuve reliable operation of the signaling equipment within its service life.
