摘要 在倡导校城融合和资源共享的社会背景下,高校与城市的联系日益密切。然而,校园边界并不能完全消失,其开放过程应循序渐进。文章以同济大学生活区边界为研究对象,引入“分级共享”理念,从功能、空间、运营三个层面阐述实现校园逐步开放的策略,并以生活综合体设计实践探索控制校园开放度平衡的方法,促进校园与社会的共享互渗。 Under the social background of college-city integration and resource sharing,universities and cities are increasingly connected.Due to various factors,the boundary of campus can’t disappear completely,and its opening process should be gradual.This paper takes the boundary of living area of Tongji University as the research object,introduces the concept of“Hierarchical Sharing”,expounds the strategy of realizing the gradual opening of campus from the three aspects of“Function”,“Space”and“Management”,and explores the method of controlling the balance of campus openness through the design practice of living complex,so as to promote the sharing and mutual infiltration of campus and society.
