浅谈冶炼行业电解工序导流矩形铝母排焊接技术

摘要 在冶炼行业,导电母排一般采用铜、铝2种材料,目前工程设计选用铝排的明显增多,在满足生产需要的情况下降低工程造价。矩形铝母排焊接难度大是行业面临的现实。在承接施工的江铜九江铅锌项目电解车间,主导流母排500 mm×20 mm铝母排。通过焊接工艺试验,选择焊接设备,确定焊接工艺流程,解决铝母排焊接质量问题。 In the smelting industry, the conductive busbar is generally made of copper and aluminum. At present, the application of aluminum busbar in engineering design is significantly increased, so as to reduce project cost and ensure normal production. The difficulty of welding rectangular aluminum busbar is a reality in the industry. For the 500 mm×20 mm main flow aluminum busbar in the project of a electrolytic workshop of Jiangxi Copper Jiujiang lead-zinc undertaken by our company, welding process tests, welding equipment selection, welding process determination and solutions to welding quality problems of aluminum busbar are carried out.
