摘要
针对镀锌机组极限薄规格家电板生产过程中产生的擦划伤缺陷问题,系统分析了划伤产生的机理,影响划伤缺陷的因素,并从设备安装精度、设备选型和工艺参数控制3方面提出了行之有效的改进措施,擦划伤缺陷得到了明显控制。
For the scratch of extreme thin galvanized sheets for home appliances, the mechanism and effects of the scratch defects are systematically analyzed, and effective improvement measures are put forward in terms of equipment installation accuracy, equipment selection and process parameter control. As a result, the scratch defects are obviously controlled.
