随着我国城市建设进程不断推进,建筑行业的发展也发生了变化,建筑工程管理水平逐渐提升,但受某些主客观因素的影响,建筑工程建设质量仍存在一些问题,不利于建筑工程管理水平的提升。如今装配式建筑工程应用范围广泛,提升了我国建筑工程施工效率,为进一步提升其建设水平,提高建筑工程建设质量,必须重视建筑工程管理,对可能会造成影响的因素进行分析,探究合理的解决方案,不断提升装配式建筑工程管理效果。

With China’s city building being advanced, changes development changes in the construction field. Despite of better building management, there are problems with construction quality against building management improvement due to some subjectivity and objectivity. Today prefabricated building is widely used to make China’s building more efficient. In order to further raise the country’s construction efficiency and quality, the prefabricated building management must be respected by analyzing possible effects and proper solutions.
