摘要
针对当前建筑工程施工管理中的不足,提出在施工管理中应用信息化技术的创新思路对策,从成本管理、安全管理与质量管理三方面的问题出发,深入分析完善工程企业施工管理机制的措施方法。利用工程软件系统与平台高效率信息传输、直观化工程模型与灵活权限设置的优点,提高施工信息记录的真实性、可靠性与准确性,推动施工管理向信息化模式创新转型发展,有助于工程企业提高工程质量与效益。
In the paper, information technology is put forward to improve construction management in building engineering. Measures of improving construction management are analyzed in terms of management of cost, safety and quality. With engineering software system and its efficient information transmission, visual engineering model and flexible access setting, construction information recording could be more real, reliable and accurate, making construction manage an innovative digital model which is helpful to improve engineering quality and benefit.
