芬吗通联合坤泰胶囊对更年期抑郁患者的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Femoston withKuntai capsule on menopausal depression and its effect on sleep quality

目的:探讨芬吗通联合坤泰胶囊对更年期抑郁患者的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选2019年10月至2020年10月本院收治的更年期抑郁患者65例为对象,根据治疗方案将患者分成观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=30)。对照组用芬吗通治疗,观察组用芬吗通联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后雌二醇(E2)和促卵泡激素(FSH)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与更年期症状评分表(KI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、睡眠时间变化。结果:治疗后观察组的E2高于对照组,FSH低于对照组,HAMD评分、KI评分、PSQI评分低于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组,P<0.05。结论:芬吗通联合坤泰胶囊对更年期抑郁患者的疗效显著,可有效降低患者体内性激素水平,改善患者的抑郁与更年期症状,提高患者的睡眠质量,延长患者的睡眠时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Femoston combined with Kuntai capsule on menopausal depression patients and the effect on sleep quality.Methods:Sixty-five cases of menopausal depression patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=30)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with Femoston,and the observation group was treated with Femoston combined with Kuntai capsule.The scores of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),menopausal symptomatic scale(KI),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and sleep time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the E2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the FSH,HAMD score,KI score and PSQI score were lower than that of the control group,and the sleep time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Femoston combined with Kuntai capsule has a significant effect on patients with menopausal depression,which can effectively reduce the level of sex hormones in patients,improve the symptoms of depression and menopause,improve the sleep quality and prolong the sleep time of patients.
