雌激素联合米非司酮、米索前列醇及清宫术治疗胚胎停止发育的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with mifepristone,misoprostol and curettage in the treatment of embryonic arrest

目的:对雌激素联合米非司酮、米索前列醇及清宫术治疗胚胎停止发育的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法:择取2020年1月至2020年12月诊治的胚胎停止发育病患98例,按随机数字法分为参照组和联合组各49例,参照组应用米非司酮、米索前列醇及清宫术治疗,联合组应用雌激素联合米非司酮、米索前列醇及清宫术治疗。比较各组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组宫颈软化、宫口扩张有效率明显高于参照组;术中出血量较参照组少,妊娠物排出和阴道流血时间均较参照组短;一次清宫成功率较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在胚胎停止发育的治疗中应用雌激素联合米非司酮、米索前列醇及清宫术疗效确切,有利于提升宫颈软化和扩张效果,减少术中出血量,加速妊娠物排出,缩短阴道流血时间,提升清宫成功率。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of estrogen combined with mifepristone,misoprostol and hysterotomy in the treatment of fetal arrest.Methods:A total of 98 patients with embryonic arrest from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and combination group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,misoprostol and curettage,while the combination group was treated with estrogen combined with mifepristone,misoprostol and curettage.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of each group were compared.Results:The effective rate of cervical softening and dilatation in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the reference group;the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the reference group;the time of pregnancy discharge and vaginal bleeding was shorter than that in the reference group;the success rate of one-time curettage was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of estrogen combined with mifepristone,misoprostol and curettage in the treatment of embryo stop development has definite curative effect,which is conducive to improving the effect of cervical softening and expansion,reducing intraoperative blood loss,accelerating the discharge of pregnant materials,shortening the time of vaginal bleeding,and improving the power of curettage.
