地位提升、重心下移——近十年二级学院治理研究综述与展望

Role of School Improved and Core of Governance Shifted Down——Research Review and Prospect of the Governance of Schools in the University in the Last Decade

对近十年与二级学院治理相关主题检索后的文献进行筛选,通过对关键词的聚类分析发现,学院治理研究主要集中在学院内部治理、学院学科建设、学院领导者和学院外部治理(校院关系)四个方面。综述发现2017年是学院治理研究的“爆发”之年。近十年学院治理研究在治理模式、学科建设、学院院长和校院关系等方面均有涉及,已经涌现出丰富的研究成果。最后对未来学院治理研究提出了建议。

The literatures on the topics of governance of schools in the university in the past decade have been searched and screened.Through the cluster analysis of the literature keywords,it is found that the research on the school governance mainly focuses on four aspects:the internal governance of the school,the discipline construction of the school,the leaders of the school and the external governance of the school(the relationship between the school and the university).The research review found that 2017 was an “explosive” year for academic research of the school governance.In the past ten years,the research on school governance has been involved in governance model,discipline construction,dean of school and universityschool relationship,etc.,and rich research results have emerged.Finally,suggestions are put forward for future schools governance research.
