以教育治理现代化指引教育高质量发展——党的十八大以来高等教育治理研究述评

Education Governance Modernization Guides the High-quality Development of Education——A Review on the Governance of Higher Education Since the 18th CPC National Congress

推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化,离不开研究界的智力支持。通过对党的十八大以来我国高等教育治理研究成果进行深入研读,研究发现,我国高等教育治理研究蕴含着深刻的历史逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑,综合发文环境与发文量等多方面考量,可大致分为研究热度上升期、研究内容深化期以及研究视角创新期三个阶段。同时结合切实问题提出了高等教育治理研究的发展之需,以期服务高等教育高质量发展的现实需求,赋能高等教育强国战略顺利实现。

The promotion of modernization of the education governance system and governance capacity cannot be achieved without the intellectual support of the research community.Based on an in-depth study of the research achievements on governance of higher education in China since the 18CPC National Congress,the study found that the research on governance of higher education in China contains profound historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,and can be roughly divided into three stages,namely,the rise of research enthusiasm,the deepening of research content,and the innovation of research perspective,taking into account the environment and volume of papers.At the same time,combined with practical problems,the paper puts forward the development needs of higher education governance research,with a view to serving the practical needs of high-quality development of higher education and enabling the successful realization of the strategy of strengthening the country through higher education.
