Risk Analysis and Prevention of Sudden Environmental Events in Chemical Enterprises

随着社会的进步和经济的发展,化工企业的环境保护越来越重要,一旦发生事故易造成泄露、火灾、爆炸等重大灾害,处置不当将引起严重的环境污染事故。本文根据化工企业的生产工艺、原辅料储运等基本情况,重点分析了化工企业突发环境事件事故特征、环境风险识别及情景、环境污染影响及防控措施等,为化工企业建立突发环境事件应急体系、事故处置等提供基础支撑。

With social progress and economic development, the chemical enterprise’s safety production and environmental protection are more and more important. Major safety accident of Chemical companies may cause fire and explosion, and once disposal improperly there will be accompanied by serious environmental pollution accident. Based on the production process, storage and transportation of raw materials of chemical enterprises, this paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics, identification and pollution impact of environmental accidents, which can provide basic support for environmental emergency system establishment and disposal sudden environmental events.
