管道安装及典型设备对流场的影响研究

摘要 天然气场站是一个复杂的系统,通常由天然气物性分析装置、分离和过滤装置、加热设备、以及计量管路等管件组成。任何一个设备的设计、制造偏差都会导致系统内压力分布不均,诱发不可预见的扰流或系统振动,影响场站计量的准确性,甚至产生安全隐患。因此,有必要对引起流场扰动的元件进行研究。本文先是对管道弯头、整流器、汇管的研究结果进行了总结,同时对过滤器、加热器对流场的影响进行了模拟。得出结论如下:过滤器壁面最大压力点位于与入口正对的承接管表面,且压力随流量的增加呈非线性增加,设计时注意该处管路安全问题。电加热器能够满足对天然气温度加热的要求。但腔体内部加热不均匀,入口与腔体底部形成的三角区域温度高于其它区域,应对设备入口进行适当调整进行避免。 Natural gas station is a complex system, usually composed of natural gas property analysis device, separation and filtration devices, heating equipment, and metering pipes. The design and manufacturing deviation of any equipment will lead to uneven pressure distribution in the system, induce unforeseen turbulence or system vibration, affect the accuracy of the station measurement, and even cause safety risks. Therefore, it is necessary to study the elements that cause the flow field disturbances. This paper first summarizes the research results of pipe elbow, rectifier and sink, and simulates the influence of filter and heater on the flow field. The conclusion is as follows: the maximum pressure point of the filter wall is located on the pipe surface opposite the entrance, and the pressure increases nonlinearly with the increase of flow, so pay attention to the pipeline safety problems at the design. The electric heater can meet the requirements of natural gas temperature heating. However, the internal heating of the cavity is not uniform, and the temperature of the triangular area formed by the inlet and the bottom of the cavity is higher than that of other areas, so the appropriate adjustment of the equipment inlet should be avoided.
