摘要
目的:探讨3类消毒剂中和剂鉴定试验中试验菌的选用。方法:以3类消毒剂共6份样品为受试对象,用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄菌作为试验菌进行中和剂鉴定试验和杀菌试验。结果:75%酒精和复方银离子消毒剂用金黄色葡萄球菌及0.1%苯扎氯铵消毒剂用大肠杆菌作为试验菌,一次就可以获得判定中和剂有效的试验结果,而75%酒精和复方银离子消毒剂用大肠杆菌及0.1%苯扎氯铵消毒剂用金黄色葡萄球菌作为试验菌,需要经过稀释消毒剂浓度和同比例的中和剂才可以获得判定中和剂有效的试验结果。75%酒精和复方银离子消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌效果较大肠杆菌差;0.1%苯扎氯铵消毒剂对大肠杆菌的杀菌效果较金黄色葡萄球菌差。结论:选择消毒剂杀灭效果较差的菌种作为中和剂鉴定试验菌,更容易获得判定中和剂有效的试验结果。
Objective: The selection of test bacteria in identification test of neutralizer of three kinds of disinfectants was discussed. Methods: A total of 6samples of three kinds of disinfectants were taken as the test objects. Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as the test bacteria to conduct neutralizing agent identification test and sterilization test. Results: 75 % alcohol and silver ion compound disinfectant by staphylococcus aureus and 0.1 %benzalkonium chloride in disinfectant escherichia coli as experimental fungus, once you get to determine effective neutralizer test results. compared with 75 %alcohol and silver ion compound disinfectant with e. coli and 0.1 % benzalkonium chloride in disinfectant staphylococcus aureus as experimental fungus, Test results determining the effectiveness of the neutralizer can be obtained by diluting the concentration of the disinfectant and the neutralizer in the same proportion. The bactericidal effect of 75 % alcohol and compound silver ion disinfectant on Staphylococcus aureus is worse than that of Escherichia coli. The bactericidal effect of 0.1 % benzalkonium chloride disinfectant on EScherichia coli was worse than that of Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion: It is easier to obtain the test results for determining the effectiveness of the neutralizer by selecting the bacterial species with poor killing effect of the disinfectant as the neutralizer to identify the test bacteria.
