中和剂对化妆品微生物指标检测结果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同的前处理方法进行化妆品微生物指标检验的供试液制备,参考《中国药典》使用标准菌株进行检验方法的适用性研究。试验结果显示:使用含中和剂的SCDLP液体培养基、改良卵磷脂肉汤、D/E中和肉汤制备供试液,加菌计数回收试验结果及控制菌(耐热大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌)阳性检出率,均优于按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)用生理盐水制备供试液。其中采用D/E中和肉汤进行样品制备,对样品中防腐剂的中和效果最好。为提高化妆品微生物学指标检测的准确性,建议样品的供试液制备应选用适宜的中和剂,以消除样品的抑菌性。 Different pretreatment methods were used to prepare the test solution for microbial index test of cosmetics, and the applicability of the test method was studied by referring to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” and using standard strains. The test results show that: Neutralizer containing SCDLP liquid medium, modified lecithin broth, D/E and preparation were liquid broth, add bacteria count recovery test results and control bacteria(Thermotoletant coliform bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus) positive detection rate, were better than in accordance with the “cosmetic safety technical specifications”(2015 edition)preparation of the test fluid with saline water. Among them, D/E neutralization broth was used for sample preparation, which had the best neutralization effect on the preservatives in the sample. In order to improve the accuracy of the detection of microbial indicators of cosmetics, it is suggested that appropriate neutralizer should be selected for the preparation of sample test solution to eliminate the bacteriostasis of the sample.
