磷酸铁锂软包与铝壳电池性能比较

摘要 采用材料体系与设计相同的锂电池极片分别制备6.5 Ah软包电池和105 Ah铝壳电池,考察了二者在倍率充电、倍率放电、高低温放电、常温存储及高温存储的性能差异。结果表明,充电倍率和放电倍率在低于0.5C时倍率性能比较接近,0.5C以上倍率性能差异较大;高低温放电性能在25℃、45℃、55℃温度下软包与铝壳电池放电容量保持率相当,0℃及以下的低温性能铝壳电芯放电性能更优。常温搁置与高温搁置性能软包与铝壳电池无明显差异。 6.5 Ah pouch battery and 105 Ah aluminum shell battery were prepared with the same material system and same design of lithium-ion battery pole piece. The performance differences of rate charge, rate discharge, high and low temperature discharge, normal temperature storage and high temperature storage were investigated. The results show that the charging and discharging performances of pouch battery under 0.5 C with aluminum shell battery at room temperature were similar, and the charging and discharging performances at 1 C and above were obvious difference;When discharging at different temperatures, the discharge capacity retention rate of pouch and aluminum shell at 25 ℃, 45 ℃, 55 ℃is equivalent, and the low temperature performance at 0 ℃ and below was great different. There was no significant difference between the storage performances of pouch and aluminum shell batteries at room temperature and high temperature.
