成核剂对无规共聚聚丙烯性能影响的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)低温冷脆性大、耐热性能不足等缺点,本文研究了添加酰胺类β成核剂TMB-5以及金属有机盐类β成核剂NAB-83C来改善PPR的低温脆性及耐热性的改进情况。实验结果表明,加入适量的β成核剂能有效提高PPR在低温下的抗冲击性能。XRD、DSC的实验结果表明,两种成核剂的加入使得PPR的结晶形态发生改变,能有效促进异相成核,并提高β晶体相对含量。比较两种成核剂对结晶温度以及β晶相对含量影响的差别,发现TMB-5诱导异相成核与促进生成稳定β晶体的能力要比NAB-83C强,从而使得PPR的综合性能更佳。 PPR is limited in many applications because of high cold brittle energy at low temperature and lack of heat resistance, this work is mainly focused on physical modification to improve the performance of the PPR by adding β-nucleating agent amides TMB-5 and organic metallic salts NAB-83C. The experimental results showed that the impact resistance can be improved effectively by adding proper amount of β-nucleating agents. The data of XRD and DSC showed that the addition of both β-nucleating agents can change the crystalline form of PPR, promote heterogeneous nucleation effectively, and increase the relative content of β-crystals. Compared with the crystallization temperature and the content of β-crystals, it is found that the ability of TMB-5 to induce heterogeneous phase nucleation and promote the generation of stable β-crystals is better than that of NAB-83C. Through longitudinal comparison, the combination of TMB-5 and RP2400 can significantly increase the content of β-crystals and thus make PPR material have a better comprehensive performance.
