搅拌槽内废树脂-水混合特性数值模拟

摘要 为了研究核电站搅拌槽内废树脂-水两相流动,并讨论叶轮在不同安装高度和不同转速下对搅拌槽内流场的影响规律。利用计算流体力学的方法研究了搅拌槽内固液搅拌体系中的流场、固体颗粒分布、悬浮临界转速以及叶轮功率消耗情况。研究结果表明:固体颗粒易在叶轮下方倒锥体区域及槽底靠近壁面区域堆积,且叶轮安装高度过高或过低均不利于颗粒的悬浮和分散。叶轮转速对功率消耗影响较大,相同转速下,功率随叶轮离底高度的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。 Research on waste resin and water two phase flow of nuclear power plant stirrer tank, followed discussion on influent of different installation height and rotate speed on flow field in stirred tank. Computational fluid mechanics was used to doing research on the flow field, solid particle distribution, just-off bottom speed,power consumption of the solid-liquid mixing system. The results show that, solid particle was easy to pile up in the conical area below the impeller and the bottom area close to the wall, the height of the impeller installation is too low or too high were not good for particle suspension or distribution. The rotate speed of impeller has great influence on power consumption,under the same rotate speed, the power consumption was slight increase, then decrease under the condition of increase of installation height.
