摘要
广州市番禺区钟村污水处理厂扩建前规模为4万m^(3)/d。改扩建工程受现有剩余用地有限且短期内难以再征地的制约,经综合比选后选择MBR工艺为污水处理的主体工艺。出水水质按《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准与《广东省水污染物排放限值标准》一级标准的严格值控制。文中介绍了钟村污水处理厂改扩建工程的工艺方案、工艺流程、主要设计单元参数,供其他类似工程参考。
The treatment capacity of Zhongcun WWTP in Panyu District,Guangzhou was 40,000 m^(3)/d before expansion. The reconstruction and expansion project is restricted by the limited existing surplus land and difficult to reacquire land in a short time, after comprehensive comparison and selection, MBR process is selected as the main process of sewage treatment. All quality indications of the effluent is controlled according to first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002) and the first class standard of Discharge Limit Standard of Water Pollutants in Guangdong Province. The paper introduces process plan, process flow, main design unit parameters of the WWTP to make reference for other similar projects.
