摘要
深圳市在“十三五”期间深入实施各项减排措施,从火电厂升级改造、锅炉清洁能源改造、锅炉低氮燃烧改造、老旧机动车淘汰等方面推动主要大气污染物减排,超额完成了“十三五”大气污染物总量减排目标。到了“十四五”时期,氮氧化物和挥发性有机物减排潜力匮乏,大气污染物减排面临严峻挑战。本文对深圳市“十三五”主要大气污染物减排成效进行了总结和分析,对“十四五”减排工作提出下一步工作建议。
During “The 13th Five-Year Plan” period, Shenzhen has implemented various emission reduction measures in depth, and promoted main air pollutants emission reduction from the upgrading and transformation of thermal power plants, boiler clean energy transformation, boiler low-nitrogen combustion transformation, and the elimination of old motor vehicles. Exceeded “The 13th Five-Year Plan” main air pollutants mission reduction goals. In "The 14th Five-Year Plan" period, the reduction potential of nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds is lacking, and the reduction of air pollutants is facing severe challenges. This paper summarizes and analyzes the reduction effects of main air pollutants in Shenzhen during “The 13th Five-Year Plan”, and puts forward suggestions for the next step in the emission reduction work during “The 14th Five-Year Plan”.
