改善马钢超大型焦炉热工管理效能的措施

摘要 分析了马钢焦化两座7.63 m焦炉热工生产管理的主要问题,结合生产实际,通过优化工艺操作等措施,总结了焦炉直行温度、横排温度、炉顶空间温度管控等优化措施。针对焦炉服役时间偏长后出现的不工作火道现象,采用现场检查清扫、工艺参数调整等措施,成功消除不工作火道现象,为行业内服役年限较长的超大型焦炉热工管理效能改善提供借鉴经验。 This paper analyzes the main problems of thermal production management of two 7.63m coke ovens in Ma Steel Co., Ltd. Combined with production practice, it sums up control optimization measures of longitudinal temperature, lateral temperature, space temperature of furnace top through optimizing process operation. In view of the phenomenon of non-working flue after the coke oven has been in service for a long time, it solves this problem by taking measures such as on-site inspection and cleaning, process parameter adjustment, etc. It can be used for reference to improve the thermal management efficiency of large coke ovens with long service life.
