摘要
目的:建立了胶体金免疫层析法快速检定山楂制品中罗丹明B。方法:本实验通过逐步优化前处理方法,使得最终前处理方法和复溶液能够满足检测需要。确定了提取-净化-浓缩-复溶的过程,将目标物进行了净化和浓缩,通过肉眼观测快速检测卡显色情况和液相色谱检测结果进行比较。结果:胶体金免疫层析法检出的阴性样品、阳性样品(5μg·kg^(-1))、阳性样品(10μg·kg^(-1))均与液相色谱法检测结果一致。结论:该方法可作为山楂制品中罗丹明B的胶体金免疫层析快速检测。
Objective: A rapid detection method of rhodamine B in hawthorn products is established by colloidal gold-based immunochromatography. Method: In this experiment, the final pretreatment method and complex solution can meet the needs of detection by gradually optimizing the pretreatment method. The process of extraction purification concentration re dissolution was determined. The target was purified and concentrated. The color development of the fast detection card was observed by naked eyes and the results of liquid chromatography were compared. Result: Negative sample, spositive samples(5 μg·kg^(-1))and spositive samples(10 μg·kg^(-1)) can be detected by colloidal gold immunochromatograph and HPLC. Conclusion: This method can be used as a rapid detection rhodamine B in hawthorn products by colloidal gold immunochromatography.
