摘要
随着白酒产品销量逐年增加,人们对白酒品质有了更多的关注。对此,我国质检部门针对白酒的检验提出了新层次的技术方法,对白酒质量有了更加科学的检验标准。本文以汾酒为例,分析白酒检验方法的合理选择,并且提出严格的质量标准要求,以促进白酒检验工作顺利开展。
As the sales volume of Baijiu products has increased year by year, and people have paid more attention to the quality of Baijiu. In this regard, China’s quality inspection department has proposed a new level of technical methods for the inspection of Baijiu, and has a more scientific inspection standard for the quality of Baijiu.Taking Fenjiu as an example, this paper analyzes the reasonable selection of Baijiu inspection methods, and puts forward strict quality standard requirements to promote the smooth development of Baijiu inspection work.
