摘要
本文针对食品安全检测问题进行研究,分析了食品安全检测技术的应用意义以及食品安全检测技术在食品生化污染、微生物含量、营养成分中的应用,并提出了食品安全保障的有效措施。希望通过健全相关法律法规、创新食品检测技术类型、强化监管检测力度等方式,促进食品安全与质量全面提升,使消费者身体健康与生命安全得到保障,食品市场能够稳定运行。
This paper studies the problems of food safety detection, analyzes the application significance of food safety detection technology and the detection application of food safety detection technology in food biochemical pollution, microbial content and nutritional composition, and puts forward effective measures for food safety assurance. It is hoped that by improving relevant laws and regulations, innovating the types of food testing technology, and strengthening supervision and testing, food safety and quality can be promoted in an all-round way,so that consumers’ health and life safety can be guaranteed and the food market can operate stably.
