摘要 现阶段主要通过光时域反射仪(OTDR)检查机载光缆的连接情况,但商用OTDR的最优空间分辨率仅为分米量级且存在“死区”,无法对相距仅为厘米量级的连接头进行检查,在总装和试验试飞阶段多次导致光缆故障排除进度拖延。因此提出使用光频域反射仪(OFDR)对机载光缆网络进行高空间分辨率检测。搭建OFDR系统,利用相位噪声补偿算法解决激光器相位噪声和扫频非线性问题,达到5 mm空间分辨率指标。利用该系统对实际机载光缆进行检测,可以正确区分相距仅4 cm的两个连接器,准确定位了连接故障位置,有效提高了光缆故障排除效率。 At this stage,the optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR) is mainly used to check the connection of airborne optical cables,but the optimal spatial resolution of commercial OTDR is only in the order of decimeter and there is a “dead zone”,so it is impossible to check the connectors with a distance of only centimeter,which leads to delays the progress of troubleshooting optical cables in the stages of final assembly and test flight.Therefore,the optical frequency domain reflectometer(OFDR) is proposed to detect the airborne optical cable network with high spatial resolution.The OFDR system is built,and the phase noise compensation algorithm is used to solve the phase noise and sweep frequency nonlinearity of the laser,reaching the index of 5 mm spatial resolution.Using this system to detect the actual airborne optical cable,two connectors can be correctly distinguished with a distance of only 4 cm,so the proposed system can accurately locate the connection fault location,and effectively improve the efficiency of optical cable troubleshooting.
