英语专业综合基础课程的思政元素融合研究——以外教社《综合英语2》为例

摘要 为了实现立德树人的根本教育任务,当前的英语专业综合基础课程迫切需要与思政元素相结合。本文以外教社经典教材《综合英语2》为例,研究如何紧贴课文主题,深度挖掘和融入思政元素。本课程设计根据各单元特点分别融入中西文化的比较,提升学生的民族文化自豪感;培养跨文化意识和能力,训练学生用英语讲中国故事的能力;引入红色文化,启发学生树立正确的人生英雄和偶像;同时,链接时事,关注民生,培养学生的社会责任感。教师以多层次问题为导向,通过探究式学习、小组讨论、演讲比赛等生动的教学形式将思政元素融入专业英语教学,实现学生语言运用能力和精神品格的协同培养。 In order to achieve the fundamental educational goal of cultivating morality in talents,the current elementary integrated course for English majors needs to be combined with appropriate ideological-political elements.This article takes the classic textbook Integrated English Course 2 as an example to demonstrate how to delve into the ideological-political elements and infuse them into English teaching in an in-depth way meanwhile staying close to the textual topic.Based on the characteristics of each unit,this teaching design respectively unites English teaching with Oriental-Occidental comparison to promote students’sense of pride in their mother culture,with cross-cultural training to cultivate students’abilities to tell Chinese stories,with red revolutionary culture to inspire students to set deserved models and heroes.The article also connects the text with current events to lead students to care about people’s livelihood and foster their social responsibilities.In this teaching design,multi-layered questions are designed and a variety of teaching methods are used,including research-based method,group discussion and speech contest,to infuse ideological-political elements into English teaching and achieve the education goal of fostering language skills and moralities.
