桑白皮中结构新颖的异戊烯基黄酮的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 将干燥桑白皮用体积分数为80%的甲醇提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,对其乙酸乙酯萃取物中结构新颖的异戊烯基黄酮进行研究。方法 用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和反相RP-18色谱柱对桑白皮乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离纯化,所有化合物的结构均通过波谱数据解析(包括IR、HRESIMS、HRSIMS、1D和2DNMR等)所得。结果 分离得到19个异戊烯基黄酮类化合物。分别鉴定为:morusinol (1);morusin (2);hydroxymorusin (3);cyclomorusin (4);neocyclomorusin (5);sanggenol L (6);cyclocommunol (7);cyclomulberrin (8);8,9-dihydro-6-hydroxy-9-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-3,3-dimethyl-one (9);morusignin I (10);moracin A (11);artonin S (12);sanggenon N (13);moruslupenoic acid A (14);kuwanon C (15);2′,4′,5,7-tetra-3-prenyl-3′-geranyl-hydroxyflavone (16);4H-1-benzopyran-4-one (17);cudraxanthone S (18);2′,4′-OH-steppogenin (19)。结论 其中8个化合物为首次从桑白皮中分离得到,结构规律特点:A环的5-6位和6-7位可形成六元异戊烯基环,和7-8位可形成五元异戊烯基环;B-C环的链状异戊烯基取代基易形成六元异戊烯基环和七元异戊烯基环。 Objective To study the prenylated flavanones isolated from ethyl acetate extract in the root of Morus alba L..Methods The compounds were isolated from the root of Morus alba L. and purified by Sephadex LH-20, silica gels and reverse-phase RP-18. Their structures were identified by spectral data(including IR, HRESIMS, HRSIMS, 1 D and 2 DNMR etc.).Results 19 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract in the root of Morus alba L. and identified as follows: morusinol(1);morusin(2);hydroxymorusin(3);cyclomorusin(4);neocyclomorusin(5);sanggenol L(6);cyclocommunol(7);cyclomulberrin(8);8,9-dihydro-6-hydroxy-9-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-3,3-dimethyl-one(9);morusignin I(10);moracin A(11);artonin S(12);sanggenon N(13);moruslupenoic acid A(14);kuwanon C(15);2′,4′,5,7-tetra-3-prenyl-3′-geranyl-hydroxyflavone(16);4H-1-benzopyran-4-one(17);cudraxanthone S(18);2′,4′-OH-steppogenin(19).Conclusion 8 compounds were isolated from Morus alba L. for the first time. The structural rules and characteristics are as follows: 6 carbons isoprenyl ring can formed at the position 5-6 and position 6-7, 5 carbons isoprenyl ring can formed at the position 7-8 of ring A, and 6 and 7 carbons isoprenyl ring can formed between ring B and C.
