摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定四季抗病毒合剂中17种功效成分的含量,为临床用药提供参考。方法用Kromasil C_(18)液相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-1 mL·L^(-1)磷酸水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;流速为0.8 mL·min^(-1);柱温为30℃;检测波长为277、254 nm。结果17种成分分离度良好,专属性强;各成分在相应质量浓度范围内与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r≥0.999);回收率在96%~100%之间;精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD值均小于2.00%;10批次四季抗病毒合剂17种成分含量RSD均小于2%。结论该方法制样方法简便,重复性与稳定性好,可用于评价四季抗病毒合剂的质量。 Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of 17 functional components in Sijikangbingdu Mixture, therefore to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods Kromasil Cliquid chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used and gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-1 mL·Lphosphoric acid solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·minand the column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelengths were 277 and 254 nm.Results The specificity of the method was satisfactory. Each component showed a good linear relationship with their peak areas within the corresponding mass concentration range(r≥0.999), the recoveries were between 96% and 100%, and the RSDs values of precision, repeatability and stability were all less than 2%. The RSD of the contents of the 17 components in 10 batches of Sijikangbingdu Mixture was less than 2%.Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and stable, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Sijikangbingdu Mixture.
