摘要
根据视频监控系统(CCTV)的数据流特殊性,其接入综合监控系统的设计可以使用数据分流的方式,服务器处理数据量较少的控制数据,实时监控CCTV子系统的工作状态,调度工作站(综合监控系统客户端)承担多媒体数据的解码和显示工作。文章描述了目前综合监控厂商接入CCTV的常用办法及其局限性,提出了一种SVC三角平衡框架,具体描述了CCTV数据源、ISCS服务器以及ISCS客户端各种情况下详细的数据流向。
The data of subway CCTV system consists of video data stream and control data stream(ptz commands,states of cameras). According to this feature, we can have the three-end balance structure to implement the interface of ISCS and CCTV. Servers only deals with the control data, real-time monitoring and controlling the CCTV device,while workstations(clients) are responsible for handling video data stream. This article describes the normal implementation of data communication between CCTV and ISCS and its restriction, hereinafter, it proposes a technique design to improve, which is SVC three-end balance structure.
