基于MEMS加速度计的杆塔倾斜设备设计

摘要 杆塔倾斜测量设备保障了输电线路运行安全,是国网物联网建设重要一环。但杆塔附近环境的复杂性会对杆塔倾斜测量设备数据精确度造成干扰,导致计算的倾角等数值与实际测量值有误差。文章针对该问题,对基于三轴MEMS加速度计传感器进行两方面改进:一是对原始数据进行低通滤波去除高频部分;二是使用改进型滑动平均值滤波保证杆塔倾斜度综合计算的精确性与实时性。文章在硬件与软件两方面对设备有低功耗改进。实验表明:采用上述方法有效保证测量精确度、实时性与低功耗。 The pole tower tilt measurement equipment guarantees the safety of transmission line operation, and is an important part of the construction of the national network of things. However, the complexity of the environment near the pole tower can interfere with the data accuracy of the pole tower tilt measurement equipment, resulting in errors between the calculated tilt angle and other values and the actual measurement values. The paper addresses this problem by improving the three-axis MEMS accelerometer sensor based on two aspects: firstly low-pass filtering of the original data to remove the high-frequency part;secondly using an improved sliding average filter to ensure the accuracy and real-time of the comprehensive calculation of the tower tilt. The paper has low-power improvements to the equipment in both hardware and software. The experiments show that the above method is effective in ensuring the measurement accuracy, real time and low power consumption.
