土地混合利用量化与效度研究——以澳大利亚墨尔本为例

Research on quantification and validity of mixed land use:A case study of Melbourne in Australia

土地混合利用度是衡量土地混合利用情况的重要指标,开展其量化效度研究是促进城市土地可持续发展的有效途径。文章基于墨尔本都市区77个地块用地信息,采用双层筛选过滤法,分析了土地混合利用测算方法的模型特征、数据精度和量化效度。结果表明:墨尔本都市区土地利用类型与空间功能多样化程度不高,地块辛普森指数约为0.50、熵指数>0.60、相异指数约为0.30;复杂量化法所需数据精度高,但其计算过程较为复杂;辛普森指数可量化目标区域用地丰富度,香农指数和熵指数均与用地混合均匀度相关,相异指数则应用于量化居住用地和非居住用地平衡度。

The mixed land use degree is a valuable indicator for accessing the land-use structure.Thus,its analysis can promote sustainable development in the urban area.This paper applies land-use information of 77 parcels in Melbourne central area and a double-layer filtering method to analyse the model characteristics,data accuracy and validity for the mixed land use indices.The results show that most plots land-use types and spatial functions in Melbourne s central area are not highly diversified.The Simpson index of the plots is about 0.50,the Entropy index is higher than 0.60,and the Dissimilarity index is about 0.30.The complex quantification method requires high data accuracy,but its calculation step is cumbersome and complicated.The value of the Simpson index enables the measurement of land use diversity.Both the Shannon and Entropy indices relate to the evenness of land use,and the value of the Dissimilarity index reflects the balance of residential and non-residential land.
