基于ANSYS Workbench的GIS支撑结构改进与优化

摘要 针对国内目前采用的GIS支撑方式存在的结构不稳定、设施易破坏等缺陷,以220 kV GIS设备为例,对GIS的支撑方式进行设计改进,将原有焊接结构优化为钢支架螺栓连接。首先通过SolidWorks设计一种组合电器母线壳体及支撑的三维模型,随后通过ANSYS Workbench对设计的三维模型进行有限元分析,对比新旧结构在极限温度下的应力分布及变形。有限元分析结果显示,新结构比原有结构的安全性更强、可靠性更高,现已广泛应用于项目中。 At present,the GIS support adopted in China has many defects such as unstable structure and easy damage.Taking the 220 kV GIS equipment as an example,the design and improvement of the GIS support method are carried out,and the original welding structure is optimized to the steel support bolt connection.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of the busbar shell and support of the combined electrical apparatus is designed by SolidWorks.Then,the finite element analysis of the designed three-dimensional model is carried out through ANSYS Workbench to compare the stress distribution and deformation of the old and new structures under the limit temperature.The results of finite element analysis show that the new structure is safer and more reliable than the original structure,and has been widely used in projects.
