Design and Application of Auxiliary Junction Box for Transformer Test

为提升变压器例行试验时效率、降低人员安全风险,提出了一种新型的变压器例行试验辅助接线箱,可将变压器高中低三相接头引入地面接线箱中,试验人员在接线箱中就可完成试验改接线,减少了试验人员频繁攀爬变压器过程中可能的安全风险,有效提高了试验效率。

In order to improve the efficiency of transformer routine test and reduce personnel safety risk,a novel transformer routine test auxiliary junction box is proposed in this paper.The transformer can be introduced into the ground junction box,and the test personnel can complete the test and change the wiring in the junction box,which reduces the safety risks that the test personnel may bring when they frequently climb the transformer and effectively improves the test efficiency.
