高压并联电抗器相关继电保护接线原则探讨 被引量:1

摘要 当220 kV长距离架空输电线变更为地下电缆时,输电线路对地电容增大,对地电容电流也随之增大。为吸收该类型线路在运行中产生的容性无功功率,限制系统中的操作过电压、工频过电压,保护一次设备的安全,需配置容量适宜的高压并联电抗器。立足于某220 kV变电站扩建220 kV高压并联电抗器的实际工程,对线路保护和高抗保护的保护电压、启动失灵、解除复压闭锁、“远传1”和“其他保护动作”等相关继电保护接线原则进行探讨,给出相应的解决方案,为今后其他高抗扩建工程提供技术参考。 When 220 kV long-distance overhead transmission line is changed into underground cable,the ground capacitance of transmission line increases,and the ground capacitance current also increases.In order to absorb the capacitive reactive power generated by this type of line during operation,limit the operating over-voltage and power frequency over-voltage in the system,and protect the safety of primary equipment,it is necessary to configure high-voltage shunt reactor with appropriate capacity.Based on the actual project of expanding 220 kV high voltage shunt reactor in a 220 kV substation,the wiring principles of relay protection such as protection voltage use,startup failure,release complex voltage locking,"remote transmission one"and"other protection actions"of line protection and high impedance protection are discussed,and the corresponding practical engineering solutions are given,so as to provide technical reference for other high impedance expansion projects in the future.
