摘要
田湾核电厂5、6号机组应急辅助决策系统(ECC)数据采集接口机由于缺少上游时钟校准,导致传输数据的实时性降低,无法满足使用需求。为此首先分析了DCS校时系统构架及特点,提出两种可行的接口机校时方案;然后描述使用Qt软件进行校时程序设计的过程,包括界面设计、串口通信、数据解析等;最后通过搭建仿真平台对程序的功能进行了调试和验证,结果表明软件功能满足设计要求。
Due to the lack of upstream time-checking in the emergency auxiliary decision system data acquisition interface machine of Tianwan NPP Units 5 and 6,the real-time performance of data transmission is reduced and cannot meet the needs of use.Therefore,the framework and characteristics of the DCS time-checking system are firstly analyzed,and two feasible interface-machine time-checking schemes are proposed.Then,the processes of time-checking program design using Qt software,including interface design,serial communication,data analysis,etc.are introduced.Finally,the function of the program is debugged and verified by building a simulation platform.The result shows that the software function meets the design requirements.
