摘要
在进行分数槽集中绕组样机电磁耦合试验时,将测得的样机感应电压波形和通过Maxwell仿真得到的电压波形进行比对,但需让转子相对于定子的初始相位与仿真时定转子的相对位置保持一致,从而可对试验结果进行更有效的分析。转子的参考位置通过理论分析和仿真计算找到特殊点位置标记为“零点”,再通过试验验证“零点”位置的存在,并在码盘上对位置进行标记,以达到仿真感应电压波形与试验感应电压波形相吻合的目的,为后续的电机测试研究提供便利。
In the electromagnetic coupling experiment of the fractional slot concentrated winding prototype,the measured induced voltage waveform of the prototype is compared with the voltage waveform obtained through Maxwell simulation.The initial phase of the rotor relative to the stator should be consistent with the relative position of the stator and rotor during the simulation,so that the test results can be analyzed more effectively.The reference position of the rotor is found by theoretical analysis and simulation calculation to find the special point position marked as"zero point".Then,the existence of the"zero point"position is verified through experiments.The position is marked on the code plate to achieve the simulated induced voltage waveform and experimental induction.The purpose of matching the simulated induced voltage waveform with the experimental induced voltage waveform is achieved,and convenience for the subsequent motor test and research is provided.
