摘要
为提高航空保障装备效能,提出一种改进的超效率DEA方法对航空保障装备进行效能评估。通过对投入和产出指标的集成,构建航空保障装备效能评估指标体系和计算模型。选取5个作战单元的基本数据进行实例分析验证,得到5个作战单元效能的排序:DMU4>DMU2>DMU5>DMU1>DMU3,并根据指标对DEA无效的3号作战单元进行调整计算,使其达到DEA有效。相比传统的DEA方法,该方法避免了主观人为因素的影响,为航空装备保障效率评估和设备优化配置提供了决策依据。
An improved super-efficiency DEA method is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of aviation support equipment. Through the integration of the input and output indicators in this method, the effectiveness evaluation indicator system and calculation model of aviation support equipment are constructed. The basic data of five combat units are selected for example analysis and verification, which proves that this method is more effective than the traditional DEA method and avoids the influence of subjective human factors, which provides decision-making basis and useful reference for the aviation equipment support efficiency evaluation and equipment optimization configuration.
