团体心理辅导在高职院校思想政治工作中的应用

Application of Group Psychological Guidance in the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

部分“00后”高职院校大学生对传统思想政治教育具有一定程度的抵触心理。在高职院校思想政治教育工作中引入团体心理辅导,即在团体心理环境下进行具有鲜明价值导向的思想道德教育,可以打破传统理论灌输的局限性,提高思想政治教育的主动性,强化思想政治教育的有效性。团体心理辅导对于高职院校大学生日常班级管理、学习能力培养、人际交往能力提升、职业生涯规划教育、价值观教育等方面具有重要作用,益于突破目前高职院校思想政治教育工作困境。

Some “post-00” higher vocational college students have a certain degree of resistance to the traditional ideological and political education. Introducing group psychological guidance into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, that is, carrying out the ideological and moral education with distinct value orientation under the group psychological environment, can break the limitations of traditional theoretical indoctrination, improve the initiative of ideological and political education, and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education. It plays an important role in higher vocational college students’ daily class management, learning ability training, interpersonal communication ability improvement,career planning education, and value education and so on. It is beneficial to break through the current dilemma of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
