摘要
国家层面已经以立法的方式树立了新的家庭教育标准和意义,作为家庭教育与学校教育之间最重要的参与者,班主任具有举足轻重的作用,通过班主任身份进行合理干预,能够建立更加高效而富有实际意义的家庭教育模式,根据“精准化”干预和“常态化”干预这两个主题,借助对暴力型、事业型、溺爱型等不同类型的家长精准指导及在现代常态校园内外(包括疫情期间)的家校衔接方式等方面的研究案例,阐述了学校班主任工作的一些有效方式,以期通过家校合育的方式来实现学校教育和家庭教育的共赢局面,助力构建和谐教育体系,促进学生身心健康成长。
Family education has adopted new standards,and has obtained new significance through the legislation at the national level.As the most important participant between family education and school education,the head teachers play an important role.Head teachers can establish a more efficient and meaningful family education model to carry out reasonable intervention.Based on the two themes of“precision”intervention and“normalization”intervention,and by studying the research cases of the accurate guidance of the violence-oriented,the career-oriented,the spoiling-oriented and other types of parents and the research cases of the Home-school connection modes in normal period and this pandemic period,this paper expounds some effective ways of head teachers in order to realize the win-win situation of school education and family education,help to build a harmonious education system,and promote the healthy growth of students.
